Abstract

This observation aims to describe the implementation of flexible classroom rules and discipline at SMK Annihayah Rawamerta, Karawang. The method used is qualitative with direct observation and interviews with Mrs. Wiwi Pratiwi, S.Pd., a 10th grade teacher, on April 18, 2026. The results show that flexible discipline is implemented through tolerance for lateness, variation in teaching methods, and the application of restorative and educative consequences. Students responded positively because they felt valued and were not afraid to ask questions. In conclusion, flexible discipline applied with consistency and empathy is able to create a comfortable classroom atmosphere without eliminating students' sense of responsibility.
